We stayed here as our home base for exploring Sedona, but now we want to come back just because. Glen and Kristen have nailed what vacation rentals are all about. The whole check in process is seamless and they are easily available for any questions. The room is like your own 5 star suite. WiFi, DirecTV, Netflix, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, robes and a huge king bed. Directly outside your suite is a large pool, fire pit, BBQ and a foosball table. The property is right down the way from grocery stores, gas stations, etc. and about a 10 minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood which has some fun restaurants. A 30 minute drive will get you to Sedona and the wide variety of hikes and outdoor activities available. Can't recommend this place enough whether you want to explore Sedona or just want a couple nights away from the rat race. Here are some places to check out while you're here: RIOT (Cottonwood) for their extensive craft beer list and a large, fun patio. Don't miss the Mac and cheese. Muse (Cottonwood) for Cajun style cuisine. Don't miss the shrimp and grits. Crema Craft Kitchen (Cottonwood) for the ridiculously good berry and mascarpon crepes. Wildflower Bread Company (Sedona): Like Panera but much better and less tourist-trappy as some of the other restaurants in downtown Sedona. Buck Thornton's World of Jerky (Sedona): Hot venison jerky is the way to go, free samples also available.
